Before you transfer a domain to an other registrar you need to make sure your domain is available for transfer.
Go and find your domain in your NamePal account and click on your domain.
At Domain Settings page check if your domain is not in Transfer Lock Hold period.
Domains after any WHOIS contact information update are locked for 60 days due security reason.
This lock cannot be removed, you need to wait until the Lock Hold period is over.
If the domain is not in Transfer Lock period, at Domain Settings page please click on Change Domain Lock button.
Select Unlock and click SAVE
Success message will show up if Unlock was successful.
If you get error message please contact NamePal support for help at NamePal.com/support.
As soon as the domain lock status is DISABLED, the lock removal was successful.
You can verify the EPP lock removal at https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup.
Domain Status needs to be OK in order to be able to proceed with the transfer.
If status is not OK even if the Domain Lock is DISABLED please contact NamePal support for help at NamePal.com/support.
